- 135lbs bench press 300 reps in under 30 minutes
- Bench press half of your 1 rep max. 100 times in as few sets as possible.
- Pull-up pyramid 1 to 10 and back down (100 Pull-ups)
- Repeat pull-up pyramid with weight
- Dead lift 135 – 300 reps in sets of 50 in under 30 minutes
- Run 800 meters = 1 half mile. In intervals of 6 (3miles)
